Real starting points, no mystery math.

Here is what our three most common systems cost in this demo, what every one of them includes, and what will move your number up or down.

Three sizes, side by side.

Why quotes differ

What moves your price.

Two neighbors can get different numbers for the same panel count. These are the reasons.

  1. Roof shape and condition

Complex roof planes, low pitch, or an older roof that needs work first can change labor and layout.

  2. Shade and orientation

Trees and neighboring buildings affect how many panels make sense and where they go.

  3. Electrical service

An older main panel may need an upgrade before it can accept a solar connection.

  4. Battery and backup scope

Backing up a few priority circuits is a different project than backing up the whole house.

  5. Permitting and utility rules

Jurisdictions and utilities have their own requirements, and we plan for them in the schedule.

Questions people ask about cost.

Read the full FAQ or start with how net metering affects your bill.

How do you size a system?

We start from your average monthly usage, roof geometry, and shading. Most Tampa Bay homes land near 8–12kW. Demo note: figures here are illustrative.

What about Florida storms?

Arrays are engineered and permitted for local wind loads. We review roof condition before mounting and can coordinate with roofers when needed.
